Lisi Group (Holdings) Limited has announced the online publication of its Annual Report 2026 and the accompanying circular for the Annual General Meeting scheduled on 28 August 2026. The documents can be accessed in both English and Chinese on the company’s website (www.lisigroup.com.hk) and on HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk).
Non-registered shareholders who experience difficulty accessing the digital files—or who prefer physical copies—may request printed versions at no cost. To do so, they must complete the enclosed request form and return it to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or email 526-ecom@vistra.com. The request remains effective until rescinded in writing or until the end of the current financial year, whichever comes first.
Going forward, Lisi Group encourages shareholders to opt for electronic communication by providing functional email addresses through their banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited. Where no valid email or postal address is supplied via these intermediaries, the company will not issue physical notices of future corporate communications.
