The agenda also includes consideration of an interim dividend payout, if any.
The meeting notice, dated 12 August 2026, was signed by Chairman Xu Yongmo. According to the disclosure, the nine-member board currently comprises one executive director, five non-executive directors, and three independent non-executive directors.
