Sunny Optical Technology Group Company Limited has announced the resignation of Mr. Ma Jianfeng from his positions as Vice President and Joint Company Secretary, effective July 1, 2026. Mr. Ma has submitted his resignation to dedicate more time to his personal affairs.
Following Mr. Ma's departure, the other Joint Company Secretary, Ms. Huang Peiling, will remain with the company. Ms. Huang, who meets the qualifications for a company secretary as stipulated in Rule 3.28 of the Main Board Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, will assume the role of the sole Company Secretary for the group.
