    Well I know that before the pendamic, SIA did their oil hedge at around $60 to 80 plus and they are making profit. I also think that their hedging contracts haven't expired.So now only issues is, too many shares issued to the public to rise fund for about 2yrs bcos of pendamic. I feel that they should give out dividend.
