The team, composed of professionals with extensive experience in water transport engineering, conducted preliminary preparations, construction supervision, and quality and safety control in Fiji. Through thorough research on local geological conditions, climate characteristics, and construction standards, the team meticulously planned project management processes, reviewed technical documents, and developed construction organization plans, laying a solid foundation for the project's smooth launch.
