• Authorised share capital: unchanged at 20.00 billion ordinary shares (par value USD 0.0000025), equivalent to USD 50,000.

• Issued shares: rose from 685.30 million to 688.08 million after two main transactions: – 2.78 million new shares issued, comprising 2.78 million shares for consideration at HKD 12.00 each (10 April 2026) and 8,000 shares from option exercises. – 1.80 million shares repurchased for cancellation on 21 May 2025 remain pending cancellation.
