On 8 June 2026, Sihuan Pharmaceutical executed an on-market purchase of 5.00 million shares at an average price of HK$0.9064 per share under its 2022 Share Award Scheme. The transaction represents approximately 0.0548% of the company’s issued share capital, excluding treasury shares.

The board stated that the buyback supports long-term talent retention and aligns management incentives with shareholder interests, following a year of marked financial improvement.

Key 2025 financial highlights: • Revenue reached RMB2.62 billion, up 37.7% year on year. • Net profit turned positive at RMB185.40 million, reversing the prior loss. • Medical aesthetics revenue nearly doubled to RMB1.49 billion, contributing 57% of group revenue and surpassing the 50% threshold for the first time. • The innovative drug segment more than doubled revenue, entering a full commercialization phase with ongoing gains in product launches and NRDL inclusion.

Management underscored that the share purchase coincides with an “accelerated phase of profitable growth” and will reinforce execution of the group’s dual-engine strategy in medical aesthetics and biopharmaceuticals. The company continues to expand globally, highlighted by its investment in Swiss firm Suisselle to access the European medical aesthetics market.

Founded in 2010 and listed on the Hong Kong Main Board, Sihuan Pharmaceutical focuses on innovation-driven medical aesthetics and biopharmaceuticals, supported by internal R&D, broad product pipelines, and an established sales network.
