Goldwind Shareholder Transfers Stock from Citibank to Merrill Lynch Far East in HK$476 Million Move

According to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on May 15, a shareholder of Goldwind (02208) transferred shares from Citibank to Merrill Lynch Far East. The transferred position had a market value of HK$476 million, representing 3.94% of the company's shares.

In a separate announcement, Goldwind stated that it conducted its first repurchase of H-shares on January 6, 2026. As of April 30, 2026, the company had cumulatively repurchased 10,000 H-shares, representing approximately 0.0002% of the company's total share capital. The highest repurchase price was HK$14.510 per share, the lowest price was HK$14.500 per share, and the average price was HK$14.505 per share. The total consideration for the repurchase, excluding transaction costs, was HK$145,050. As of April 30, 2026, the company had not repurchased any A-shares.
