Shanghai Top Numerical Control Technology Co., Ltd. (TOPNC) announced on 9 July 2026 that it will migrate all future corporate communications to electronic formats in accordance with Rule 2.07A of the Hong Kong Listing Rules and the company’s articles of association.
Actionable corporate communications—documents requiring shareholder instructions, elections, or voting—will be emailed directly to each shareholder. If a functional email address is not on file, the company will mail a printed version together with a request form to collect an active email address for future use.
General corporate communications, including annual and interim reports, circulars, notices, listing documents, and proxy forms, will be published on both the company’s website (https://www.topnc.com.cn) and the HKEXnews website. The company will no longer issue separate notices alerting shareholders to new postings; investors are expected to monitor the websites proactively.
Shareholders are encouraged to submit a valid email address by completing an online form accessible via QR code by 8 August 2026 or by contacting the H-share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, with at least seven business days’ written notice.
Printed copies remain available on request at no cost. A written request to Tricor or an email to 7688-ecom@vistra.com will trigger delivery of hard-copy communications. Such preferences remain effective until revoked, superseded, or automatically lapse at the end of each financial year, after which a new request is required to continue receiving printed material.
The announcement, issued under the name of Chairman and Executive Director Dr. Wang Yuhan, underscores TOPNC’s commitment to improving efficiency, reducing paper consumption, and aligning with Hong Kong’s evolving regulatory framework for corporate disclosures.
