BAIC MOTOR Announces Appointment of New Company Secretary

BAIC MOTOR (01958) has announced that Ms. Yu Dan has tendered her resignation from the roles of Company Secretary and Authorized Representative under Rule 3.05 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange's Listing Rules, effective April 30, 2026, due to work requirements. Concurrently, Ms. Wu Xiuwei has resigned from her position as Joint Company Secretary, effective the same date, owing to other work commitments. Mr. Huang Yan has been appointed as the new Company Secretary, and Ms. Li Jiahui has been appointed as Joint Company Secretary. Mr. Huang has also succeeded Ms. Yu as the Authorized Representative under Rule 3.05. All new appointments will take effect on April 30, 2026.
