FICUS TECH Keeps Share Count Flat, Grants 97.50 Million Options at HK$0.112 in July 2026

Ficus Technology Holdings Limited (FICUS TECH) has filed its monthly return for the period ended 31 July 2026, showing no changes to its registered or issued share capital while introducing a sizeable grant of new share options.

The company’s authorised share capital remained at 10.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HK$0.01 each, equivalent to HK$100.00 million. Issued share capital was unchanged at 1.373 billion ordinary shares, and the issuer continued to hold no treasury shares.

On 28 July 2026, FICUS TECH granted 97.50 million share options under the Share Option Scheme approved on 16 April 2018. The options carry an exercise price of HK$0.112 per share and were the sole movement recorded during the month. As a result, 97.50 million options were outstanding at month-end, representing approximately 7.10 % of the current issued share base. No options were exercised in July, and no funds were raised from option exercises.

The company confirmed that it met the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s minimum public-float requirement of 25 % as of 31 July 2026. There were no warrants, convertible securities, other share-based arrangements, or repurchases reported during the month.

All disclosures were authorised by Company Secretary Tam Chun Wai Edwin, affirming compliance with applicable listing rules and regulatory requirements.
