Key agenda 1. Ordinary resolution: appoint Ernst & Young as the Company’s auditor for the financial year ending 31 December 2025, to serve until the conclusion of the next annual general meeting. 2. Authorise management to determine the auditor’s remuneration for FY 2025.

Shareholder arrangements • The EGM will be conducted by poll in accordance with Hong Kong Listing Rule 13.39(4). • The H-share register will be closed from 25 March 2026 to 30 March 2026 (both days inclusive). Only H-shareholders on record at close of business 25 March 2026 may attend and vote. • Investors intending to transfer H shares must complete transfers with Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services by 4:30 p.m. on 24 March 2026. • Proxy forms, together with any notarially certified authorisations, must reach Computershare by 3:00 p.m. on 29 March 2026.
Board recommendation The Board, including all independent non-executive directors, recommends shareholders vote in favour of the proposed appointment and remuneration authorisation, stating that the move aligns with the interests of the Company and its shareholders.
