Stock Track01-29

Dana's stock price experienced a significant decline of 5.12% during intraday trading on Wednesday. The sharp drop followed reports of a major fraud investigation involving the company.

According to the investigation details, PT Dana Syariah Indonesia (PT DSI) is facing allegations of fraud, embezzlement, false financial reporting, and money laundering. Authorities have examined 46 witnesses and blocked 63 accounts belonging to PT DSI and its affiliates. The investigation has also led to the seizure of approximately Rp 4.07 billion from 41 accounts and hundreds of property certificates that were used as collateral.

The criminal probe, which officially began on January 14, 2026, has reportedly affected approximately 15,000 lenders. The negative developments surrounding the company's legal troubles have prompted investor concern, contributing to the stock's downward movement during the trading session.
