The disclosure stated that Morgan Stanley Capital Services LLC, ultimately owned by Morgan Stanley, executed unsolicited client facilitation sales and purchases of relevant derivatives for its own account. Transactions covered 174,000 reference securities at a reference price of HKD 8.6743, totaling HKD 1,509,328.6541 for both sale and purchase, and 266,000 reference securities at HKD 8.6104, totaling HKD 2,290,353.7065 for both sale and purchase. Each transaction carried a maturity date of 30 November 2027, with resultant balances indicated as zero for these dealings.

The announcement also reiterated that these dealings were executed under a possible mandatory general offer scenario. The Executive received this report on 4 February 2026, consistent with disclosure requirements. The announcement noted that the trades in question were solely for Morgan Stanley Capital Services LLC’s own account, with no ongoing positions reported upon conclusion of the transactions.
