WINTO GROUP (08238) Appoints Zhou Yihong as Executive Director in Board Restructuring

According to a public announcement from WINTO GROUP (08238), Mr. Chan Yat Leung has resigned as an Executive Director of the company to focus on other career developments.

Additionally, Ms. Wong Tsz Ling has resigned as an Independent Non-Executive Director and as a member of the company's Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee, Nomination Committee, and Corporate Governance and Risk Management Committee, also to pursue other career paths.

To fill the vacancies, Mr. Zhou Yihong has been appointed as an Executive Director and a member of the Nomination Committee. Mr. Tian Tao has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director. Furthermore, Mr. Zhou Zhencun has been appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director and as a member of the Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee, Nomination Committee, and Corporate Governance and Risk Management Committee.
