On the evening of September 19, 2025, ST新动力 (Xiong'An New Power Technology Co.,Ltd.) (300152) announced that it had received a "Case Filing Notice" from the China Securities Regulatory Commission. The announcement stated that Xiong'An New Power Technology Co.,Ltd. received the "Case Filing Notice" (CSRC Case Filing No. 0162025008) issued by the China Securities Regulatory Commission on September 19, 2025. Due to suspected violations of information disclosure laws and regulations, and in accordance with the Securities Law of the People's Republic of China, the Administrative Punishment Law of the People's Republic of China and other laws and regulations, the CSRC decided to file a case against the company. Some shareholders may have opportunities for compensation claims.
