SPACE GROUP (02448) has issued an announcement stating that, as previously disclosed in the joint announcement by the company and the investor on February 5, 2026, the restructuring agreement would automatically terminate if, among other conditions, the company's shares were delisted by the Stock Exchange before the completion date and the decision was not overturned following a review by the Listing Review Committee. As revealed in the company's announcement dated February 20, 2026, the Listing Committee has issued a delisting decision, and the company did not exercise its right to refer the decision to the Listing Review Committee for review within the timeframe stipulated under the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities. Since the company, the joint and several liquidators, and the investor have not entered into any agreement or arrangement to proceed with the restructuring, the restructuring agreement has been automatically terminated. Consequently, the proposed transactions, including the capital reorganization, subscription (including the grant of specific mandates), placement, creditor scheme, waiver of mandatory offer, and special transactions, will not proceed. As a result, the proposed change in the board lot size will also not be implemented. The Stock Exchange has informed the company that the final trading day for its shares will be February 25, 2026, and the listing status will be canceled effective 9:00 a.m. on February 26, 2026.
