3月建筑业就业人数增加1.5万人，2月增加2.6万人。
3月制造业就业人数增加5.4万人，2月增加3.0万人。
3月贸易/运输/公用事业就业人数增加4.9万人，2月增加9.8万人。
3月金融服务业就业人数增加1.2万人，2月增加1.1万人。
3月专业/商业服务就业人数增加6.1万人，2月增加7.2万人。
ADP首席经济学家Nela Richardson：3月份各个行业的就业增长广泛，为2022年第一季度增加了近150万个就业岗位做出了贡献。企业正在招聘，特别是在服务提供商中，这些公司因疫情早期损失而需要弥补的地方最多。然而，劳动力供应紧张仍然是面向消费者的行业持续增长的障碍。
数据发布时，美股三大指数期货维持整体跌势，纳斯达克指数期货跌幅居前。
