Moody Technology Forecasts RMB230–250 Million FY2025 Profit After RMB263 Million Disposal Gain

Moody Technology Holdings Limited announced a positive profit alert for the year ended 31 December 2025 (FY2025), projecting profit attributable to owners between RMB230.00 million and RMB250.00 million. This compares with a loss of approximately RMB88.40 million recorded in FY2024.

The expected turnaround is mainly driven by a profit from a discontinued operation of roughly RMB256.00 million, which includes a RMB263.00 million gain on the disposal of subsidiaries completed in 2025. Details of this disposal were previously disclosed on 29 July 2025.

The figures are derived from the Group’s unaudited consolidated management accounts and remain subject to audit adjustments. Final FY2025 results are scheduled for release by the end of March 2026.
