China Northern Rare Earth (Group) High-Tech Co., Ltd. (SHSE: 600111) has announced an adjustment to its rare earth concentrate transaction price for the third quarter of 2026.

Based on the established pricing methodology for rare earth concentrate and the prevailing prices of rare earth oxides in the second quarter of 2026, the company has calculated and determined the new price. This adjustment was reviewed and approved during the company's 14th General Manager Office Meeting in 2026.

The transaction price for rare earth concentrate for Q3 2026 has been set at RMB 38,565 per tonne, exclusive of tax. This price applies to a dry basis with a Rare Earth Oxide (REO) content of 50%.

The pricing structure includes an adjustment mechanism: for every 1% increase or decrease in the REO content, the ex-tax price will be adjusted by RMB 771.30 per tonne accordingly.
