Global technology solutions provider Arrow Electronics has recently announced the launch of a globally connected network of experience centers, designed to help channel partners seize high-growth technology application opportunities and enhance their skills and resources to bridge the gap between opportunity and implementation. These centers, located in Alpharetta, Georgia, USA, and Stockholm, Sweden, serve as strategic hubs for suppliers, channel partners, and end customers in North America and Europe, reflecting Arrow Electronics' commitment to maintaining a leading position in artificial intelligence, cloud, and security domains.
The experience centers from Arrow Electronics aim to assist suppliers and channel partners in better understanding AI's role within IT environments, covering areas such as machine learning, modeling, and data science. The centers' specialized support focuses on three core areas: first, hybrid infrastructure, creating and demonstrating multi-vendor software and hardware solutions to meet organizational needs for secure on-premises cloud and AI deployments; second, cybersecurity, risk, and resilience, helping build solutions to protect critical systems from increasingly sophisticated threats, reduce risks, and enhance organizational resilience; third, services and consulting, providing training, guidance, and knowledge exchange to help identify potential gaps and opportunities in solution implementation.
Within the centers, channel partners of Arrow Electronics can access over 100 pre-built and tested solutions, or create customized solutions with support from Arrow's engineers and technical staff. By utilizing the experience centers, the average proposal-to-close rate for Arrow channel partners reaches 90%.
Ben Klay, President of North American Enterprise Computing Solutions at Arrow Electronics, stated that by networking its global centers, identical experiences and environments can be created regardless of location, enabling channel partners and their clients to immerse themselves in solutions before making investments. Nick Bannister, President of European Enterprise Computing Solutions at Arrow Electronics, added that through the globally connected experience centers, application scenarios can be tested, demonstrations created, and channel partners helped to understand how to run and secure workloads anywhere in the world, thereby creating new business opportunities. Luiz Cordeiro, CEO of partner SYSTECH, noted that Arrow's investment in environment, technical support, and tools has helped them unlock AI potential in a vendor-neutral manner.
