Shanghai Electric (02727) announced that at the recently held Second Joint Meeting of the Third Session of the Employee Congress, Mr. Wang Chenhao was elected as an employee director to the company's sixth board of directors. Mr. Wang will join the directors elected by the shareholders' meeting to form the company's sixth board of directors. His term of office is consistent with that of the directors elected by the shareholders' meeting, commencing from the date of approval by the shareholders' meeting and lasting for a period of three years.
