Yang Lingjiang Acquires 73.63% Stake in GRACEWINE, Becoming Controlling Shareholder

On December 15, Hong Kong Exchange disclosures revealed that Yang Lingjiang, founder of 1919, has acquired a 73.63% stake in GRACEWINE through a share transfer, making him the controlling shareholder and actual controller of the company.

Public records indicate that GRACEWINE is one of China's earliest premium wineries. Listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 2018, it boasts an annual production capacity of nearly 3,000 tons. Its product lines, including "Chateau Reserve," "Deep Blue," and "Blank Canvas," have gained widespread recognition and were selected as in-flight wines for Cathay Pacific's business class. In 2024, its bottled wine exports to Hong Kong surged to 1.066 million bottles.
