Beijing Enterprises Holdings Limited released an updated overview of its governance framework, detailing current board composition and committee assignments as of 28 April 2026.
The Board now consists of 11 members: six executive directors, two non-executive directors and three independent non-executive directors. Executive leadership remains unchanged, with Yang Zhichang serving as Chairman and Xiong Bin as Chief Executive Officer.
Six specialised committees continue to support the Board: Audit, Remuneration, Nomination and Governance, Strategy and Investment, Rule of Law and Compliance, and Sustainability. Independent oversight is provided by directors Wu Jiesi, Lam Hoi Ham, Yu Sun Say and Chan Man Ki Maggie, each holding seats on multiple committees to reinforce governance and risk management.
The updated structure reflects Beijing Enterprises Holdings’ continued emphasis on balanced governance, regulatory compliance and strategic oversight.
