CDB Financial Leasing (1606) Announces RMB1.108 Billion IT Equipment Purchase Agreement

On 26 November 2025, China Development Bank Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. (CDB Financial Leasing, stock code: 1606) entered into a Product Purchase Agreement with Shandong Zhisuo Information Technology Co., Ltd. for the acquisition of 1,372 units of information technology computer equipment, with a total consideration of RMB1,108,000,000. According to the announcement, the consideration will be funded through company resources and/or commercial bank loans.

This transaction falls under a discloseable transaction category pursuant to Chapter 14 of the Listing Rules, requiring only reporting and announcement. Upon completion, CDB Financial Leasing intends to lease these assets under an operating lease arrangement to third-party lessees. The purchase aligns with CDB Financial Leasing’s efforts to expand its presence in the computer equipment leasing market, reinforcing its strategic contribution to the national goal of strengthening technological capabilities.
