XUNLONG SCITECH Declares RMB 0.75 Interim Dividend for 1H 2026; Payout Set for 11 November

Hangzhou Qiandaohu Xunlong Sci-tech Co., Ltd. (XUNLONG SCITECH) has announced an updated proposal to distribute an interim cash dividend of RMB 0.75 per share for the six months ended 30 June 2026. The update concerns information on the Hong Kong share register and the applicable withholding-tax arrangements.

Shareholders must ensure their transfer documents reach Tricor Investor Services Limited by 16:30 on 6 October 2026. The register will be closed from 7 October to 12 October 2026, with 12 October 2026 set as the record date. Subject to shareholder approval (date yet to be disclosed), the dividend will be paid on 11 November 2026. The ex-dividend date and the Hong Kong dollar equivalent of the payout will be announced following confirmation of the applicable exchange rate.

For tax purposes, XUNLONG SCITECH will withhold enterprise income tax at 10% on dividends to non-resident corporate shareholders. Individual non-resident shareholders will generally be subject to a 10% withholding tax, though rates may vary between 10% and 20% depending on the tax treaty in force between their country of residence and China. Mainland investors holding H shares through Shanghai-Hong Kong or Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect will be subject to a 20% individual income-tax withholding.

Tricor Investor Services Limited, located at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, remains the share registrar for Hong Kong shareholders. Investors are advised to consult professional tax advisers regarding the specific tax implications of the upcoming dividend distribution.
