FIRST TRACTOR (00038): North Hoisting Machinery Institute Signs Industrial Product Sales Contract with Yituo Diesel Engine

FIRST TRACTOR COMPANY LIMITED (00038) announced that the North Hoisting Machinery Institute has won the public tender for Yituo Diesel Engine's non-road China Stage V diesel engine industrialization project, specifically for the cylinder block and head automated storage and retrieval system (ASRS), components ASRS, and machining line AGV conveying system. On February 3, 2026, the North Hoisting Machinery Institute and Yituo Diesel Engine entered into an industrial product sales contract. Under the agreement, Yituo Diesel Engine will procure construction services from the North Hoisting Machinery Institute for the cylinder block and head ASRS (including the AGV automated transport system and environmental support system), the components ASRS, and the machining line AGV conveying system, with a total contract value of RMB 23 million.
