Stock News11:34

DPC Dash Ltd (01405) saw its shares climb more than 7% in early trading, with the stock last up 6.04% at HK$34.08, recording a turnover of HK$35.1 million.

The company recently released its interim results, showing first-half revenue of RMB 3.134 billion, a year-on-year increase of 20.8%. This not only extends its multi-year streak of double-digit growth but also marks the first time the company has surpassed the RMB 3 billion threshold in a six-month period. During the reporting period, net profit reached RMB 81.05 million, jumping 22.9% year-on-year, outpacing revenue growth.

The company's store network has expanded to 1,550 locations across 75 cities, while its membership base has surpassed 41.9 million people. Notably, same-store transaction growth (SSTG) has remained positive for 22 consecutive quarters.

Looking at the first half of 2026, DPC Dash maintained clear strategic focus amid industry volatility, channeling resources into core operational areas such as store network expansion, supply chain development, product innovation, and cost control. This approach has achieved a healthy balance between profitability and scale growth. These accumulated advantages in scale, user assets, and supply chain capabilities, built during the industry's adjustment period, are expected to translate into strong growth momentum when the sector returns to an upward cycle, driving continued improvements in both performance and valuation.
