EPRINT GROUP (01884) Convenes 31 Mar 2026 EGM to Ratify Connected Tenancy Agreements Totaling Multiple Properties

EPRINT Group Limited (01884) has issued a notice to convene an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on 31 March 2026 at 4:00 p.m. at Units A & B, 4/F, Phase 3, Kwun Tong Industrial Centre, Kowloon. The single ordinary resolution seeks shareholder approval, confirmation and ratification of a series of tenancy agreements signed on 20 January 2026 (“2026 Tenancy Agreements”).

The agreements cover the lease of several properties in Kwun Tong Industrial Centre and one property in Chai Wan. Key contractual parties are:

• Landlords: CTP Limited, King Profit International Limited, Profit More Rich Limited, Promise Properties Limited and VVV Limited. • Tenants: Lucky Gainer Limited and Promise Network Printing Limited (both wholly-owned subsidiaries of EPRINT). • Additional agreement: CTP Limited and Promise Properties Limited will lease further Kwun Tong premises to e-banner Limited, 51% owned by EPRINT.

Shareholders will also vote to authorise any one director to execute all documents and actions necessary to implement the 2026 Tenancy Agreements.

Key administrative dates: • Share register closure: 25–31 March 2026 (both days inclusive). • Last day for share transfers to qualify for attendance/voting: 24 March 2026, 4:30 p.m. • Record date for EGM entitlements: 31 March 2026. • Proxy submission deadline: 48 hours before the meeting.

EPRINT’s board currently comprises three executive directors (Chairman She Siu Kee, William; Chong Cheuk Ki; and Leung Yat Ping), one non-executive director (Leung Wai Ming) and four independent non-executive directors (Poon Chun Wai; Fu Chung; Ma Siu Kit; Yu Mei Hung).
