Anker Innovations' Hong Kong IPO Prospectus Lapses

The application for a Hong Kong listing by Anker Innovations Technology Co., Ltd. (SZSE: 300866) has reached a key juncture. The prospectus submitted on December 2, 2025, has now lapsed after the standard six-month period, effective June 2, 2026. At the time of the initial filing, the joint sponsors for the offering were China International Capital Corporation, Goldman Sachs, and J.P. Morgan.

According to the previously filed document, the company's strategy centers on its Anker brand, from which it has expanded its product portfolio. This expansion includes areas such as smart charging and energy storage, smart home devices, and innovative smart audio-visual products.

Anker Innovations currently manages three major global brands: Anker, eufy, and soundcore. It also operates two core sub-brands, Anker SOLIX and eufyMake.

Market research data indicates a strong position for the company in the mobile charging sector. Since 2020, based on retail sales value, the firm has consistently held the position of the world's second-largest player in mobile charging products. It is also recognized as the largest independent mobile charging brand globally and in the North American market.

In 2024, the company's share of the global market for mobile charging products, measured by retail sales, was reported at 5.0%.
