Zhejiang Shibao (01057) announced that, after review by the nomination committee of the eighth board of directors, the board intends to appoint Mr. Li Xingjian as an independent director of the company's eighth board of directors and will submit this proposal for consideration at the company's first extraordinary general meeting of shareholders in 2025. Mr. Li's term as a director will commence from the date of approval at the shareholders' meeting until the conclusion of the company's annual general meeting in 2026.
