Genscript Biotech: Associate Legend Biotech Posts US$657.00 Million Q2 Sales for CARVYKTI®

Genscript Biotech Corporation (01548.HK) disclosed that its Nasdaq-listed associate, Legend Biotech Corporation, has reported preliminary net trade sales of approximately US$657.00 million for CARVYKTI® (ciltacabtagene autoleucel) in the quarter ended 30 June 2026. The data were included in Legend’s Form 6-K filed with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission on 15 July 2026 (New York time).

CARVYKTI® is commercialised under a Collaboration and License Agreement signed on 21 December 2017 between Legend Biotech and Janssen Biotech, Inc. The reported sales figure is based on information supplied by Janssen; neither Legend Biotech nor Genscript Biotech has independently verified the number.

This marks the second consecutive quarter in which Legend has disclosed preliminary sales for CARVYKTI®, following the company’s earlier update for the three months ended 31 March 2026. No comparative figures for that period were included in the latest filing.
