Deep News01-12

Li Lecheng from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) stated in an interview that industrial growth must increasingly rely on "value creation" and "winning through quality." The revitalization of traditional industries and the expansion of emerging sectors are key priorities, with integrated circuits, new materials, aerospace, biomanufacturing, embodied artificial intelligence, and 6G being major policy focuses for the ministry this year.

A new round of central fiscal policies will be implemented to support the high-quality development of specialized, sophisticated, distinctive, and innovative SMEs, encouraging companies to further increase R&D investment and unleash their intrinsic vitality. Services for these specialized SMEs will become more user-centric, with the aim of ensuring they have new expectations and a renewed sense of achievement each year through these efforts.

China's talent advantage is particularly evident, especially in application scenarios, given the vast number of innovation and creation activities. Therefore, in the field of artificial intelligence, it is crucial to swiftly leverage the advantages in application scenarios, foundational capabilities, talent, and even institutional mechanisms to advance the sector.
