Stock News09-24 20:30

On September 24, 2026, JLMAG (06680) announced that the company repurchased 813,600 of its H shares on the open market, representing approximately 0.06% of the company's total issued shares.

The total transaction amount for the H share repurchase, excluding commissions and other expenses, was approximately HK$12,743,870, with an average transaction price of approximately HK$15.6636 per H share.

The company will cancel the repurchased H shares at an appropriate time and will correspondingly reduce its registered capital.

As of the date of this announcement, pursuant to the special resolution passed on April 28, 2026 granting the board a general mandate to repurchase shares, the company has repurchased a total of 3,536,800 H shares for a total consideration of approximately HK$57,054,270.

The board believes that the current H share trading price does not reflect the intrinsic value of the H shares and the company's actual business prospects.

The board believes that conducting the H share repurchase under current market conditions will demonstrate the company's confidence in its own business outlook and prospects, ultimately benefiting the company and creating value for its shareholders.

The H share repurchase is conducted when the board considers it appropriate and in the overall interest of the company and its shareholders.

The company may further repurchase shares at an appropriate time in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
