Goldman Sachs has more than doubled its price target for Lenovo Group, raising it from HK$12.53 to HK$27. The upgrade is based on the strong profit outlook for the company's artificial intelligence server business and the significant revenue potential of its AI agent operations. Following this announcement, Lenovo's stock surged as much as 12% in Hong Kong trading.
Analysts from Goldman Sachs noted that the average selling price for Lenovo's premium server products has been increasing, which is expected to contribute to an improvement in the company's operating profit margin.
Lenovo's personal AI super assistant, Qira, is designed to be compatible across all Lenovo devices, including personal computers, smartphones, AI glasses, and AI necklaces. Concurrently, the company is also developing industry-specific, production-ready AI assistants.
