CHINA MOBILE (00941) announced that Mr. Yang Jie has resigned from his positions as Executive Director and Chairman of the company due to age reasons, effective from December 22, 2025. Following the proposal by the company's Nomination Committee and approval by the Board of Directors, Mr. Chen Zhongyue has been appointed as Executive Director and Chairman of the company, effective from the same date.
