WuXi AppTec Co., Ltd. (02359) has announced the issuance of 543,200 new H-shares as a result of the conversion of its zero-coupon convertible bonds.
On September 16, 2026, the company completed this share issuance in accordance with the terms of its USD-settled, zero-coupon convertible bonds with a principal amount of RMB 6.78 billion, which are due in 2027.
