Continental Aerospace Technologies Holding Limited disclosed that J.P. Morgan Securities PLC, a Class (5) associate of the offeror, conducted significant dealings in the company’s shares on 4 August 2026 under Rule 22 of the Hong Kong Code on Takeovers and Mergers, coinciding with the firm’s proposed delisting.

The investment bank hedged Delta-1 products created from wholly unsolicited, client-driven orders, resulting in three transactions: • Two sales totaling 82,000 shares—78,000 shares at USD 0.4450 and 4,000 shares at USD 0.4550—generating USD 36,530.00 in proceeds. • One purchase of 1.72 million shares at USD 0.4452, costing USD 763,885.98.

In aggregate, 1.80 million Continental Aerospace shares were traded, with a net purchase of 1.63 million shares and a net cash outflow of USD 727,355.98. Transaction prices ranged narrowly between USD 0.4450 and USD 0.4550.

The dealings were executed for J.P. Morgan Securities PLC’s own account; the firm is ultimately owned by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
