IMOTIONTECH Announces Annual Results with RMB 1 Billion Revenue, Plans to Enhance Product Lines and Manufacturing Capabilities

IMOTIONTECH (01274) reported its annual results for the period ending December 31, 2025. The group achieved revenue of RMB 1.001 billion, with a gross profit of RMB 15.24 million. The loss attributable to the company's equity shareholders was RMB 416 million, resulting in a loss per share of RMB 1.7.

The company continues to lead the large-scale commercialization of intelligent driving solutions and products. It will persistently optimize and improve its existing product lines, expand in-house manufacturing capabilities, and strengthen business expansion. Through technological advancements and supply chain optimization, IMOTIONTECH aims to provide customers with more cost-effective solutions and products.

The company's new smart factory has officially commenced operations. Integrated with newly implemented Enterprise Resource Planning (SAP) and Manufacturing Execution System (MES), the facility significantly enhances the digitalization level of the supply chain and production processes, markedly improving production efficiency and quality. In 2026, the company plans to expand production capacity to meet growing customer demand for mass production deliveries.

The company remains committed to sustained research and development investment to consolidate its technological leadership. It focuses on providing large-scale commercially viable intelligent driving solutions to the market. Currently, IMOTIONTECH has independently developed core algorithms, software middleware, and a cloud platform. Moving forward, the company will continue to refine its software to enhance the technical barriers and cost-performance ratio of its solutions, thereby strengthening the core competitiveness of its products.

In terms of algorithms, the company will deepen the deployment of single-stage end-to-end and VLA large models to develop safer, more versatile, and more human-aligned autonomous driving algorithms. On the data front, IMOTIONTECH will continuously improve its full-link data closed-loop system to enhance data mining capabilities and data value, shortening the R&D cycle. The company will also iteratively optimize its self-developed software middleware to make it more automated and programmable, improving compatibility with various computing platforms and operational resource efficiency.

Regarding computing platforms, the company will deepen its collaboration with Horizon Robotics to accelerate the production of products and solutions based on the Journey 6 platform. Simultaneously, IMOTIONTECH will work with partners to co-develop integrated cockpit-driving platforms and vehicle central computing platforms.
