According to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on May 14, a shareholder of HANS CNC transferred shares from CICC Hong Kong Securities to BNP Paribas. The transferred holdings were valued at HK$475 million, accounting for 4.43% of the total. On May 13, another shareholder of HANS CNC also transferred shares from CICC Hong Kong Securities to BNP Paribas, with a value of HK$343 million, representing 4.17% of the total. The company has announced that it will distribute a final dividend of HK$6.8559 per 10 shares for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025, on June 12, 2026.
