LIANLIAN DigiTech Adds 1.09 Million H Shares After Option Exercises, Expanding Issued Base by 0.25%

Lianlian DigiTech Co., Ltd. (LIANLIAN) has increased its issued H-share capital by 1.09 million shares following a series of option exercises under the company’s 2021 Pre-IPO Share Option Scheme, according to the Next Day Disclosure Return filed on 21 September 2026 with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

From 1-21 September 2026, eight tranches of option conversions—each priced at RMB 2.96 per share—were completed:

• Six tranches for employees other than directors added 243,000 shares.

• One director-related tranche on 21 September contributed the single-largest addition of 850,000 shares.

• A final employee tranche on the same day added 80,000 shares.

Aggregate gross proceeds from these exercises are estimated at approximately RMB 3.24 million (USD 0.45 million).

Following the transactions:

• Issued H shares (excluding treasury) rose to 430.36 million from 429.27 million, reflecting a 0.25% increase.

• Treasury shares were unchanged at 39.97 million.

• Total issued shares outstanding now stand at 470.33 million.

The company affirmed that all issuances were duly authorized by the board and carried out in full compliance with Hong Kong Listing Rules and applicable regulations. No share repurchases or on-market sales of treasury shares were reported during the period.
