VALA Signs Strategic Cooperation Agreement with Guilv Travel to Advance valalife Expansion in Guizhou

Bulletin Express07-20

VALA Inc. (VALA) announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Hangzhou Vala Network Technology Co., Ltd., has entered into a strategic cooperation agreement with Guizhou Guilv Travel Service Co., Ltd., a unit of the state-owned Guizhou Tourism Industry Development Group Co., Ltd. (Guizhou Tourism Group).

\n\nKey terms of the agreement focus on “resource sharing, complementary strengths, innovative collaboration and mutual benefit.” The parties will jointly explore business models that integrate cultural tourism, transportation and technology, aiming to help position Guizhou as a world-class tourist destination. Cooperation will span four areas: 1) resource integration and co-development of tourism scenarios, 2) digital empowerment and platform operations, 3) joint brand operation and ecosystem construction, and 4) service standardisation and industrial innovation. Both sides will establish senior-level liaison mechanisms and dedicated working groups, with a commitment to give each other priority as business partners under equivalent conditions.

\n\nGuilv Travel is a wholly owned subsidiary of Guizhou Tourism Group, a state-owned enterprise founded in December 2023 under the Guizhou Provincial Government. The group’s operations cover tourism asset management, hotel and catering, tourism services and tourism commerce.

\n\nVALA’s valalife business—comprising vala automobile, vala community and vala car lifestyle—forms the core of the company’s strategic positioning. The vala automobile line includes the vala pro and vala home, both factory-installed pop-up-roof new-energy vehicles designed for multifunctional scenarios ranging from outdoor leisure to mobile commercial use. Complementing the vehicles, VALA operates 13 vala underground city stores nationwide and has hosted more than 700 vala club community events. The group also sells a range of automotive accessories and lifestyle products that extend brand engagement beyond vehicle owners.

\n\nManagement views the cooperation with Guilv Travel as a means to combine VALA’s product portfolio with Guizhou’s extensive tourism resources, accelerating valalife’s penetration into cultural and tourism markets and enhancing brand influence. The agreement is non-binding; specific projects and obligations remain subject to further formal contracts.

\n\nThe board advises shareholders and potential investors to exercise caution when dealing in VALA’s securities.
