INSPUR DIGI ENT (00596) saw its shares surge over 21% before the midday break. As of the latest update, the stock was up 19.19%, trading at HK$3.23 with a turnover of HK$154 million. The surge follows recent news that the company has been selected as one of the first national pilot application units for the Agent Interconnection Protocol (AIP). This development comes after three national departments, including the Cyberspace Administration of China, jointly issued the "Implementation Opinions on Standardized Application and Innovative Development of Intelligent Agents." The document outlines fundamental principles for the development of intelligent agents in China, proposes promoting their application across 19 typical scenarios, and calls for accelerating the implementation and promotion of key national standards such as the AIP. Previously, Kaiyuan Securities noted that the company's AI business development has already shown results. By 2026, the company is committed to firmly implementing its "1321" business development strategy, with expectations for AI business revenue to grow by 100% and intelligent computing center revenue to increase by 50%. Leveraging its Haiyue large model, the company is progressively advancing the upgrade of its AI business. It has already accumulated successful cases, including digital-intelligent industry finance, intelligent audit collaboration, and salt chemical intelligent control integration. The number of intelligent agents has grown from over 100 to more than 300, covering scenarios that have expanded from over 60 to more than 100.
