IGG announced that on May 27, 2026, its Board of Directors resolved to grant a total of 1.369 million share awards under the Share Award Scheme to nine award recipients and a total of 251,970 restricted shares under the Share Incentive Scheme to six restricted share recipients. The grants are subject to acceptance by the respective recipients.
