OneRobotics Schedules 22 April 2026 EGM to Approve H-Share Incentive Scheme and Wealth-Management Mandate

OneRobotics (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. has called an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) for 3:00 p.m. on 22 April 2026 at the Edison Meeting Room, 16/F, Qiancheng Commercial Center, Bao’an District, Shenzhen. The notice outlines three resolutions for shareholder approval.

1. Special resolutions • Adoption of the 2026 H-Share Incentive Scheme. • Authorisation for the Board and/or its delegatees to handle all matters related to the scheme.

2. Ordinary resolution • Approval for the Company to purchase structured deposits and other wealth-management products, together with authority for the chairman or the chief financial officer to sign, execute and deliver the relevant documents within the approved scope.

Shareholders recorded on 22 April 2026 are entitled to attend and vote, with proxy submissions due by 3:00 p.m. on 21 April 2026. All votes will be taken by poll in accordance with Hong Kong Listing Rule 13.39(4). Results will be published on the websites of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and the Company upon conclusion of the meeting.

The Board currently comprises four executive directors, two non-executive directors and three independent non-executive directors, with Mr. Li Zhichen serving as chairman, executive director and chief executive officer.

Attendance at the EGM is at shareholders’ own expense for transportation and accommodation.
