Dingdang Health Buys Back 0.45 Million Shares, Expands Treasury Stock to 1.94 Million

Dingdang Health Technology Group Ltd. (Dingdang Health) disclosed that it repurchased 449,000 ordinary shares on 3 September 2026 via on-market transactions on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

The shares were repurchased at prices ranging from HKD 0.87 to HKD 0.895, with a volume-weighted average of HKD 0.888 per share. The total consideration amounted to HKD 0.40 million.

Key share capital movements: • Opening balance on 2 September 2026: 1.24 billion issued shares (excluding 1.49 million treasury shares). • Shares repurchased on 3 September 2026: 0.45 million, equal to 0.0362 % of the pre-transaction issued share base. • Closing balance post-transaction: 1.24 billion issued shares (excluding 1.94 million treasury shares); total issued shares unchanged at 1.24 billion, as the repurchased stock is held in treasury rather than cancelled.

Repurchase mandate status: • Authorised limit (approved 23 June 2026): up to 124.32 million shares. • Cumulative repurchases under the mandate, including the latest transaction: 4.80 million shares, representing 0.39 % of the issued share count at mandate date. • In line with HKEX rules, Dingdang Health is subject to a 30-day moratorium on new share issues or treasury share sales until 3 October 2026.

The company confirmed that all repurchases were executed in compliance with Hong Kong listing regulations and relevant legal requirements.
