Geekplus Buys Back 1.00 Million WVR Shares at HKD 8.28 Average, Treasury Stock Climbs to 45.45 Million

Beijing Geekplus Technology Co., Ltd. (Geekplus) disclosed a share repurchase in a Next Day Disclosure Return filed on 18 September 2026.

On 18 September 2026, the company repurchased 1.00 million weighted-voting-rights (WVR) Class B shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices between HKD 8.16 and HKD 8.32, resulting in a volume-weighted average price of HKD 8.28. Total cash outlay reached HKD 8.28 million. The shares will be held as treasury stock.

The transaction reduced Geekplus’s outstanding shares (excluding treasury shares) by 0.10% to 978.70 million. Treasury shares increased from 44.45 million to 45.45 million, while the company’s total issued share capital remained unchanged at 1.02 billion.

The buyback was executed under the mandate approved on 26 May 2026, which authorises repurchases of up to 102.42 million shares. Including the latest purchase, Geekplus has bought back 45.45 million shares under this mandate, representing 4.44% of the issued share base on the mandate date.

In line with Hong Kong listing rules, Geekplus is now subject to a moratorium on new share issues or treasury-share disposals until 18 October 2026.
