Asian Markets Open Lower with Japan and Korea Indexes Falling at the Bell

The Nikkei 225 opened the trading session down 1.3%, starting the day at 65,584.25 points.

The KOSPI, South Korea’s benchmark stock index, also started in negative territory, dropping 1.4% to open at 7,000.78 points.
