Bao Pharma repurchases 112,300 H-shares; treasury stock rises to 1.48 million

Shanghai Bao Pharmaceuticals Co., Ltd. (Bao Pharma) disclosed a share buyback on 23 July 2026, purchasing 112,300 H-shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices between HKD 17.48 and HKD 18.14. The transaction totaled HKD 1.99 million.

Following the repurchase, the company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) declined to 152.84 million shares, down 0.07%. Treasury shares increased to 1.48 million, keeping the total issued share count unchanged at 154.33 million.

The buyback was executed under the mandate approved on 26 May 2026, which authorizes the company to repurchase up to 15.43 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now stand at 1.48 million shares, equivalent to 0.96% of the share base at the mandate date.

All repurchased shares are held as treasury stock; none have been cancelled. In line with listing rules, Bao Pharma is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or transferring treasury shares until 22 August 2026.
