CMON Shareholder Transfers Stock from Hua Ye Securities to Yi Zhong Securities, Portfolio Value at HK$5.44 Million

According to the latest information from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on May 15, a shareholder of CMON transferred shares from Hua Ye Securities to Yi Zhong Securities, with a portfolio value of HK$5.44 million, accounting for 7.26% of the holdings. CMON announced that on April 23, 2026, the seller Precious Choice Global Limited and the buyer CMON Hong Kong Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, entered into an agreement. The buyer conditionally agreed to acquire and assume the sale shares for approximately HK$16.5 million, representing about 2.2% of the issued share capital of the target company, Blissful Link Investments Limited. The target company is a limited liability company incorporated in the British Virgin Islands, engaged in the development of video game business. Its latest project, named "Capverse," is a Web3 "play-to-earn" game utilizing blockchain technology. As of the date of this announcement, the target company is 77.06% owned by the seller.
